Louie Dead Man Single

A two and a half minute romp that contains both the typically English punk stylings of The Buzzcocks and The Libertines and the harder edge of their U.S equivalents, and fails to live up to any of its composite parts.

It flies along at breakneck pace, singers Jordan Smith and Gaz Tomlinson trading unintelligible rants quicker than the NME can throw superlatives. The energy is there in abundance, but it is completely barren of originality, so despite its noisy bluster, it fails to leave a lasting impression.
