The OSCAR buzz surrounding romantic drama Lost In Translation is heating up - after the Sofia Coppola film snagged the top gongs at two prestigious award ceremonies.

The Tokyo-set movie, starring Bill Murray and Scarlett Johansson, picked up Best Movie and Best Actor for Murray at the SAN FRANCISCO FILM CRITICS CIRCLE.

And on the east coast the BOSTON SOCIETY OF FILM CRITICS gave its best director, actor and actress trophies to the movie.

Other notable big presences among the award titles were Lord Of The Rings: THE RETURN OF THE KING and Clint Eastwood's Mystic River.
