Rapper LL Cool J is set to storm the world of fitness with the release his own training guide, called PLATINUM BODY. The toned star, real name JAMES TODD SMITH, has teamed up with his personal trainer DAVE 'SCOOTER' HONIG to write the book which is slated for release early next year (JAN07). LL Cool J will share his personal workout tips as well as outlining fitness schedules for both men and women in 'bronze', 'silver', 'gold' and 'platinum' difficulty levels. He tells AllHipHop.com, "This workout program changed my life - both physically and emotionally. Now I want to share with others how they can achieve their own personal version of a Platinum Body."
