Actress Lisa Bonet has hit out at the US rap scene's obsession with sex and money.
The ANGEL HEART star, 37, slammed the music as corrupt, and is concerned by the affect aggressive, soulless music has on young people.
She explains, "What saddens me is the corruption of youth and beauty, and the loss of soul, which is only replaced by money.
"It makes my stomach sick, although there are some rappers I respect, like Mos Def.
"But because I work with youth offenders in LA, I've heard them speak and see how music manipulates them."18/04/2005 17:27
