Lionel Richie's country duets album Tuskegee has hit the top of the U.S. charts, giving the soul icon his third number one.
The reworked hits album debuted on the Billboard 200 chart behind Madonna's Mdna three weeks ago and it slipped to number four last week (11Apr12), but with strong sales of 129,000 the release has jumped to the top.
It's Richie's first number one album since Dancing on the Ceiling spent two weeks atop the charts in 1986.
Adele's 21 stays put at two on the new countdown, while last week's number one, Nicki Minaj's Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, falls two spots to three.
Monica scores the highest debut on the chart at four with New Life.
