A Beverly Hills judge has issued a warrant for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan after the actress failed two drug tests. The warrant means the troubled 24-year-old will be back in court this week, and could possibly return to jail, reports CBC News. Jim Moret, chief correspondent for 'Inside Edition' told CBC News, "This judge is going to be angry. I'm sure this judge is plenty mad, and could be mad enough to say 'You're going back to jail and then, when you get out you're going right into rehab again'".
The actress was jailed this summer, and spent 14 days behind bars for breaking the terms of her rehabilitation programme, however, Lohan could potentially be back in prison for up to 60 days after her recent behaviour. It was reported that the actress attended an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting at the weekend, and she posted a message on her Twitter page that read, "Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn't go away over-night. This was certainly a setback for me, but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I'm prepared to face the consequences."
In the latest issue of Vanity Fair magazine, Lohan said she had now learned from the mistakes she had made in the past, and at the MTV Video Music Awards, she poked fun of her well documented problems.
