Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has a new legal battle on her hands - she has been countersued by her former fashion label collaborators.
The Mean Girls star, who is currently undergoing rehab treatment, filed a $1.1 million (£709,600) suit against clothing manufacturers at D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries in March (13), claiming she was cheated out of her share of profits when a 2009 business deal fell apart.
Bow D.N.A.M. executives have hit back with their own complaint, alleging Lohan's "drug-addled image" and legal problems made it impossible for them to sell her 6126 Collection to retailers.
According to Tmz.com, brand bosses are suing for breach of contract and fraud, demanding at least $5 million (£3.2 million) in damages.
The 26 year old checked into California's Betty Ford clinic on 3 May (13) to begin a 90-day, court-ordered rehab stint.
