Lindsay Lohan has been given until 2 May (13) to enrol in a rehabilitation facility after accepting a plea deal to avoid jail time on Monday (18Mar13).

The Mean Girls star avoided another stint behind bars after pleading no contest to lying to police and reckless driving relating to a car crash in California last summer (12), and she was ordered to complete 90 days in a locked down treatment centre, 30 days of community service and 18 months of psychotherapy in exchange for a spell behind bars.

She was officially booked for the charges on Tuesday (19Mar13) at a Santa Monica police station and the 26 year old has been given just over a month to get her affairs in order before her stint in a residential rehab centre begins. She must also provide proof of her psychotherapy treatment to court officials, reports Eonline.com.
