Lindsay Lohan's 'The Canyons' co-star Nolan Funk says the troubled actress was ''a blast'' to work with.
Lindsay Lohan was ''a blast'' to work with.
While the 27-year-old actress has a reputation for being unprofessional on set, her co-star from movie 'The Canyons', Nolan Funk - who plays her love interest - insists working with Lindsay was ''fun''.
He told HollywoodLife.com: ''She's a blast. She can be a lot of fun. Even though we're not on screen a lot together, the scenes that we do have are really important. We really made a point of making sure there was a believable chemistry there.''
While he enjoyed working with Lindsay, who was recently released after a court ordered 90 days in rehab, Nolan previously insisted she is very similar to her character in 'The Canyons', a troubled young woman with a history of substance abuse.
He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: ''Lindsay definitely gave me a lot to work with. As an actor I think the least interesting thing about an actor is their personal life, but Lindsay plays a character who has gone through so much with substance abuse, lots going on in their personal life, and she gives a great performance.
''There was so much controversy about Lindsay, and then with [porn star] James Deen being cast, too, but we're all so proud of the movie. It's getting great buzz from serious film people so I'm excited for everyone to see it.''
