Lingerie model Lindsay Ellingson will celebrate this Christmas as a bride-to-be after accepting her boyfriend's marriage proposal.

The Victoria's Secret stunner's partner of six years, medical equipment salesman Sean Clayton, popped the question over America's Thanksgiving holiday last month (Nov13) and the 29-year-old showed off her diamond ring as she stepped out in the Big Apple on Tuesday (10Dec13).

The happy couple is reportedly planning to exchange vows in South Carolina in June (14), according to the New York Post.

Ellingson isn't the only Victoria's Secret beauty planning a wedding - her pal Behati Prinsloo became engaged to Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine in July (13).
