'Birds of a Feather' will return for a second series on ITV.
ITV has recommissioned 'Birds of a Feather for another series'. The channel revived the former BBC sitcom - which ended for a reason - and watched it become its most successful comedy launch in over a decade.
The 'Birds of a Feather' Girls Are Returning for a Second Series on ITV
The new series - starring Pauline Quirke, Lesley Joseph and Linda Robson - will be the eleventh overall and the second for ITV. The latest series will be penned by original writers Laurence Marks, Maurice Gran, Gary Lawson and John Phelps and will begin filming later this year.

It's official! People apparently still care about I'm A Celebrity . Get Me Out Of Here! We weren't sure to be honest, but we're reliably told that some people will still be tuning into the show when the new series kicks in. ITV have just revealed the names of the ten celebrities who are going to be making the trek to the jungle down under and, boy, when they say celebrities do they mean (loosely-termed) celebrities. The show starts this weekend on November 11, so let's see who they've got in!
Kenneth (Deacon) has changed his name to K to seem more street-smart on his rough council estate. His parents (Robson and Benson) think he needs to take more responsibility in the family, so he decides to help with their money problems. Although quitting his job isn't the smartest move. Then he hatches a plan to sell drugs to the neighbourhood with the help of his dopey pals (Zonzolo, Oyeniran and Vu) and a visiting foreign student (Barbieri), but this puts him on a collision course with the estate's self-proclaimed kingpin Tyrone (Campbell).
