Rapper Lil Wayne has broken his silence about his recent health scares and assured fans he's taking his doctor's advice after suffering a series of seizures this spring (Apr13).
The Lollipop hitmaker returned to hospital on 30 April (13) after suffering his latest seizure, shortly after confirming reports he's epileptic.
It was his latest medical scare, and, he hopes, his last - because he's now taking his health a lot more seriously.
In a new interview on MTV's RapFix Live, he joined music mentor Birdman to discuss the state of hip-hop, and talk quickly turned to his seizures.
Wayne told host Sway, "I'm good; I'm 100 per cent."
Recalling his most recent health scare at the end of last month, the rapper said, "I went to sleep and woke up in hospital. I felt nothing. I just hope it stops happening."
He explained he is taking time to get enough sleep and a nutritionist has overhauled his diet.
