Liam Gallagher has launched an accessories line.

The Beady Eye frontman says it is a "natural progression" for his label Pretty Green to also include items like passport holders, iPhone cases, day and weekend bags and wallets in their collection.

Liam said: "It's a natural progression for any clothing label to have accessories. I do a lot of travelling, these pieces are essential to my every day needs when away from home."

The items range in price from £50 for a leather passport holder to £425 for a brown canvas check weekend bag and the rocker already has recommendations to make.

He said: "My favourite piece is the weekend holdall."

Meanwhile, Pretty Green are teaming with The Who and Vespa for an exhibition to mark the release of 'Quadrophenia: The Director's Cut' box set.

The Fashion band have designed a limited-edition Parka based on that worn by the film's iconic character Jimmy and their flagship store in London's Carnaby Street will exhibit Pete Townshend's archives of notes, diaries, photos, album artwork and original lyrics from 27 October.

Liam said: "As I'm a massive fan of The Who, and with 'Quadrophenia' being one of my favourite albums of all time, it's an honour to be associated."

The Who have appealed to fans to donate items for the exhibition.

They said on their website: "We're on the hunt for Quadrophenia-related merchandising to see if we can get a great exhibition together in London for you all. Can you help? We'd like to know what kind of stuff you have from the 'Quad' era - photos, posters, gig tickets, reviews, rare pressings, t-shirts etc. And what's your most prized Who possession? Would you be willing to show it off? Let us know what you've got by getting in touch with us via email at infoumc@umusic.com "

Vespa have built a replica Quadrophenia scooter which will be given away in a free competition.
