Leonardo Dicaprio is teaming up with director Martin Scorsese for a fifth time as the movie icons prepare to shoot THE WOLF OF WALL STREET together.
The actor has previously worked with the moviemaker on Gangs of New York, Shutter Island, The Departed and The Aviator, which landed him a Best Actor Golden Globe in 2004 for his portrayal of reclusive tycoon Howard Hughes.
And now they're collaborating once again for the film adaptation of businessman Jordan Belfort's memoir, which chronicles his life in banking and his stint behind bars for money laundering.
DiCaprio will play Belfort in the film.
The movie has been in development for more than three years, and Belfort is delighted his story is finally being told on the big screen.
He says, "I can't begin to tell you how thrilled I am to finally be working with Leo and Marty on this. They're the ultimate dream team, and it was definitely worth the wait."
