Leonard Cohen fears he will never receive the $9.5 million (GBP5.6 million), a court ordered his former business manager to repay following allegations she siphoned cash from his retirement funds. The singer/songwriter was awarded the amount after KELLEY LYNCH failed to respond to allegations she stole $5 million (GBP3 million) - leaving him with just $150,000 (GBP88,000) for his twilight years. But Cohen's lawyer SCOTT EDELMAN has warned the 71-year-old he may never recover his stolen money and memorabilia, because Lynch refuses to co-operate. Edelman tells the New York Daily News, "She's hard to get in touch with. I don't know where she lives now, and I don't have a phone number for her. "We don't know what she did with the money. But she knows what's going on because she leaves me phone messages at all hours."
