'Girls' star Lena Dunham looked dazzling in a gold dress on the red carpet at the Point Foundation's charity gala in New York City. The organisation held the event to raise awareness and funds for their work with poverty stricken African children and their bid to help them get educated and survive.
A mass of other TV stars also made their way to the event including Judith Light from 'Dallas', executive producer of 'ER' Dr. Neal Baer, Murray Barlett and Raúl Castillo from HBO's new series 'Looking', 'What Not to Wear' stylist Stacy London, NBC News correspondent Thomas Roberts, 'Ugly Betty' star Michael Urie and 'Judging Amy' actress Tyne Daly. Joining them was the Point Foundation's Executive Director Jorge Valencia.
