This article is about the Glee finale. If you have not seen the Glee finale and intend to do so (question your life choices now), then go read something else. As for everyone else, did Ryan Murphy and co. just pull a JK Rowling on us? The Glee saga may not have been as epic as Harry Potter, but it sure ended on an equally perfect note.
But let’s start from the beginning – the beginning of the end, if you will. It was a double bill, with the second part flashing forward to the Glee club’s future, while the first... well, this is where the tears started flowing. We got to look back on Rachel, Kurt, Mercedes and Tina’s humble Glee beginnings as we flashed back to the first season – everyone was all green and excited. The obvious problem was that there was no Finn around, but once again, the writers paid dutiful homage to Cory Monteith, alluding to his character at every opportunity.

The show’s cast of characters looked back to the past and forward to the future during Friday's two hour long finale.
It was a triumphant finale for ‘Glee’ on Friday evening, as the popular Fox series waved goodbye after six seasons. The two hour long finale episode titled ‘Dreams Come True’ packed an emotional punch, as viewers were remind of how far the characters had come, as well as being given a glimpse into their futures.

Written by Darren Criss (who plays Blaine Anderson in the series), ‘This Time’ is an emotional ballad which reflects the character's personal journey over the show’s six seasons.

Joe Manganiello has been forced to drop out of Scream Queens, the new comedy-drama series from Glee creator Ryan Murphy. Filming for the series has just begun in New Orleans and Nashville star Oliver Hudson has quickly stepped in to fill the role of series regular. Fortunately for the show's producers, Manganiello had not yet filmed any scenes for Scream Queens.
