A lawyer for Patty King, Karen Williams, Rita Washington and Barbara Winfree submitted documents in probate court in Las Vegas, Nevada on Tuesday (09Jun15), suggesting there is another will left behind by their father, who in his will dated in 2007, named his longtime business manager LaVerne Toney, as the sole executor of the estate.

Another daughter, Riletta Mitchell, was listed second, but she died in September (14).

The music legend's daughters have been at odds with Toney and another personal aide, Myron Johnson, for months, alleging Toney misappropriated funds and mistreated him prior to his death, and also claiming King had been poisoned.

In the new legal papers, the siblings stop short of making the same allegations, and rather accuse Toney of being unqualified to be the executor of King's estate, according to the Associated Press.

The daughters also claim Toney denied King proper medical care, and also changed the locks at his Las Vegas home without their knowledge, therefore leaving the musician to pass away on 14 May (15) with no family or friends around him.

Brent Bryson, a lawyer representing Toney and the estate, dismissed the allegations as "completely ludicrous" and "unsubstantiated by any true facts."

The new accusations come days before they are scheduled to appear in a Las Vegas court on Friday (12Jun15) for a hearing regarding King's will.
