Lady Gaga and her sister Natali Germanotta are teaming up for a new fashion line in which they plan to ''remodelling the styles of classic icons''.
Lady GaGa and her sister Natali Germanotta are teaming up for a new fashion line.
The eccentric singer has enlisted her sibling for the new line, which will be "relatively normal and wearable," compared to Gaga's more outrageous looks such as her meat dress, constantly changing hair, ridiculously high heels and even 'implants' in her face to make her look like an alien.
Natali is already involved in fashion, having just completed her first year studying fashion design at Parsons The New School for Design in New York.
"Natali loved the idea and she's coming up with a slew of design options but, of course, everything will have their own iconic twist on it."
Among the designs rumoured for the collection are a rubber version of Marilyn Monroe's white halterneck dress from 'Some Like It Hot,' and Audrey Hepburn iconic black shift dress from 'Breakfast at Tiffany's', but with a plunging neckline.
It is not known who will release the line, but it is likely it will be through Gaga's own Haus of Gaga label, which Gaga has previously worked on extensively with stylist Nicola Formichetti.
Describing their approach, Nicola said: "Me and Gaga, our motto is 'f**k fashion' because we love it so much we want to destroy it and start again and keep it fresh."
