Pop star Kylie Minogue received support in her battle against breast cancer from another survivor - singer/actress Olivia Newton-John. Newton-John, who battled the disease in 1992, founded the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Centre in Melbourne, Australia to raise money in support of cancer patients. On hearing of Minogue's diagnosis last year (05), she immediately contacted the star with words of encouragement. Minogue was recently given the all-clear by doctors and is back in the recording studio. Newton-John says, "She's great. I think it's wonderful she's in remission but I'm not surprised at all - I knew she would be fine. "I don't know why - I just did. Instinct? But she's a strong girl and I knew she was in strong hands and had a great attitude, too."
