The singers, along with Scottish bands Deacon Blue and Prides performed as volunteers and athletes were saluted at Glasgow's Hampden Park in front of 40,000 attendees.
Lulu opened the event with her 1960s hit Shout, but it was Minogue who stole the show with a seven-song set featuring hits including Spinning Around, Love At First Sight, Can't Get You Out of My Head and her 1980s classic, The Locomotion.
A fireworks display concluded the 20th Games, which have been dubbed "the standout Games in the history of the movement" by Commonwealth Games Federation chief executive Mike Hooper.
After 11 days of sporting action, England came out on top with 174 medals, with Australia in second place with 137 and Canada rounding out the top three with 82. Host country Scotland finished fourth overall with a best-ever tally of 53 medals.
The 21st Commonwealth Games will be held in the Gold Coast of Australia in 2018.
