Antipodean popstar Kylie Minogue is set to bank the biggest record deal of her career with EMI.

The SPINNING AROUND songstress is currently in talks to re-negotiate the terms of her current deal and figures are rumoured to be currently in the region of $60 million (GBP40 million).

An EMI source tells British magazine NEW!, "EMI will give Kylie whatever she wants. She's a trouble-free star who sells records and is liked by all ages. We are happy to keep her from defecting to another label."

Kylie, who turns 35 on 28 May (03), is also said to be in talks to record new material with her former manager, British pop Svengali Pete Waterman.
