Robert Pattinson insists he is single and that magazines are forced to make up stories about him because he is so boring.
Robert Pattinson insists he is single.
The 'Twilight Saga: New Moon' actor - who stars as vampire Edward Cullen in the hit movie franchise - quashed the constant speculation romantically linking him to co-star Kristen Stewart, insisting he is too boring to be the subject of true stories.
He said: "I am single - almost everything that comes out about my private life is false.
"I think it happens because, really, there is not much to say about what I'm doing. While I am filming, I live practically like a recluse in a hotel.
"I come out only to work, and sometimes to go out for dinner. But, if you read the magazines, it seems that I have a frantic high life."
The 23-year-old British star recently said he was lucky-in-love because he always gets dumped.
Speaking of his vampire character Edward, he said: " He doesn't know what to do. It's this typically male attitude when you find somebody you're in love with and your own doubts just keep messing up again and again. And then you realise as soon as you've messed up, you only have a few chances!
"I'm like that every time! I'll do that with every relationship I ever have. As soon as I like them I start beating myself up to a point of ridiculousness and then they hate me to the point of dumping me."
