Kristen Bell doesn't mind swearing around her daughter.

The 'Veronica Mars' star, who has an eight-month-old daughter Lincoln with husband Dax Shepard, admits she has a ''potty mouth'' and occasionally uses curse words in the presence of her tot, however, she isn't worried about Lincoln picking up her foul-mouthed habit as she plans to set some parental ground rules.

She explained: ''I have accepted the fact that I swear around my kid.

''My perspective is that those are adult words. I plan to tell her there are certain things she'll be able to do when she grows up and one of them is swear. She can't drive a car until she's much older and she won't be allowed to swear either. That's going to be my line on it.''

The 33-year-old actress quietly tied the knot with Dax at a courthouse near their Beverly Hills home in October and the blonde beauty reveals she wasn't interested in the fuss of a big wedding.

Speaking about the fairly unglamorous affair - which cost just $142 - she told the Metro newspaper: ''We just didn't have a day off together for months. Eventually, we figured out that we could fill in the paperwork online so at least we didn't have to wait in line at the courthouse.

''Then, one Monday, I said, 'I have Thursday morning off', and he said, 'I have Thursday morning off, too.' So we just went down to the courthouse on the Thursday morning.''

Kristen and Dax, 38, kept their wedding low-key and have no desire for a big wedding for their friends and family.

The 'Frozen' star added: ''If my friends and family want a party, they can throw one. People have lost their minds when it comes to weddings these days.

''I find it a lot more romantic to make the rest of your life a celebration and put down a payment on a house.''
