Kris and Bruce Jenner have been keeping up appearances by since announcing their split but in reality they cannot stand each other.
Kris Jenner's split from her husband Bruce has reportedly turned nasty.
The couple have been keeping up appearances since announcing they are parting ways after 22 years of marriage on Tuesday (08.10.13) but source claims the pair secretly can't stand each other and only keep in contact to talk about their daughters Kendall,17, and 16-year-old Kylie.
A source told Radar Online: ''This separation isn't amicable; it's all PR spin that they aren't going to get divorced. Bruce only talks to Kris when he absolutely has to, and it's only about the girls.
''She constantly denied her marriage to Bruce Jenner was in trouble, and that they had split up. They already had, but she continued the lies.''
It is also thought Kris is keen to hide the truth to save the Kardashian clan's image.
The source added: ''The reason the family does the reality shows is to let the public get a glimpse of their lives, but it's all scripted and planned out in advance.
''When a few media outlets reported earlier this year that Kris and Bruce were finished, the Kardashian PR spin machine went into overdrive to squash the truth.''
Rumours of a split came earlier this year, when Bruce moved out of the family mansion in Calabasas, Los Angeles, to live in his own Malibu house, although the pair insisted it was so they could enjoy their own space.
Kris has said she and Bruce are ''happier'' since calling their marriage quits and explained they separated because of changing attitudes toward each other.
