Kris Jenner refuses to call her ex, Caitlyn Jenner, by her chosen female name. The 59-year-old reality star and ‘momager’ discussed what she calls Caitlyn whilst appearing on a recent televised interview.

Speaking to Access Hollywood in an interview which was posted online earlier this week, Kris explained how she refuses to call Caitlyn ‘Caitlyn’. She also revealed the name she uses instead.
"Can you call Caitlyn, Caitlyn?" asked Access Hollywood host, Billy Bush.
"No," Kris said. "I say, 'Jenner.'"
Kris isn’t the only member of the Kardashian-Jenner family who doesn’t call Caitlyn by her female name. Caitlyn’s step children Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian West and Khloe Kardashian do not call Caitlyn ‘Caitlyn’, Khloe revealed in a recent interview. Khloe explained how Caitlyn had given her and her sisters permission to call her by her pre-transition name, Bruce.
"We don't like to say that Bruce is gone, per se. We, my sisters and I, we will call Caitlyn 'Bruce,' and we've been told that's completely fine," Khloe revealed in the interview in August.
Kris and Caitlyn married in 1991 and announced their separation in 2013. Kris has struggled to come to terms with Caitlyn’s transition. Her struggle has been well documented in Caitlyn’s docu-series, I Am Cait, and the two have had a number of tense meetings. However, as Kris revealed in the interview with Access Hollywood, things seem to be improving. Kris is getting to know Caitlyn and they’ve been spending a little more time together, including having a drink together the night before Kris’ interview.
"I just thought she would be a little bit different," Kris said of getting to know Caitlyn. "Bruce had a distinct personality and, you know, had definite characteristics. And Caitlyn has some different ones, I feel."
