A male model named Michael Girgenti claims that he is the real father of 3-year-old Mason, and he wants join custody of the child
Kourtney Kardashian's 3-year-old child Mason may in fact not be Scott Disick's son at all, as an alleged former flame of Kourtney is claiming that he had unprotected sex with the reality star and he is the kid's biological father. Michael Girgenti filed legal documents on Thursday (8 August) at L.A. County Superior Court stating that he is the real father and that he wants joint custody of he kid. He has also requested a DNA test to be taken by Kourtney, Scott, Mason and him.

Girgenti claims in the documents, which were obtained by TMZ earlier today (9 August), that he and Kourtney met during a photo-shoot in August, 2008, after which the two began texting and getting closer. Girgenti claims that the texting lasted 3 months and that the two began to reconnect in early 2009, with a court telling him that she and Scott Disick were "on the outs" and "she wanted to hang."
He then goes on to explain in his court statement that he and Kourt met in Glendale and had "unprotected vaginal sex" adding in his statement, "I ejaculated inside [Kourtney's] vagina."
There are noticeable differences between Mason & Penelope
Nine months later and Kourtney gave birth to Mason, and since the first time he saw the baby Girgenti has been convinced that he is the father. He mentions in his custody report that he immediately notice a resemblance between himself and the child and tried on numerous occasions to get in touch with Kourtney, each time to no avail. He then adds that, in a bid to finally get Kourtney's attention, he was forced to whip up this media frenzy and file the lawsuit. He also mentions that Mason and Kourtney's second child, Penelope, look nothing alike; another factor that he deems essential in his quest for child custody. We, on the other hand, think they look exactly like. Just go check out the side-by-side shots on TMZ.
TMZ have also reported that Girgenti has since received a letter from Kourtney's lawyer, Shawn Holley, saying his allegations are "false and defamatory," and should his lawsuit fail he may face a counter case. The judge set a hearing for next month.
