Kings Of Leon have announced a huge UK tour for the end of the year culminating in their biggest ever UK headline show at Wembley arena.

The US band released their third album Because of the Times this year and have since scheduled two other sold-out UK tours.

This latest jaunt will begin in Hull on November 30th and call at Aberdeen and Glasgow before moving down into Newcastle.

The Kings will then play shows in Brighton, Nottingham, Manchester and Birmingham before playing at Wembley Arena on December 12th.

Previous shows at London's Hammersmith Apollo have sold out in minutes and this new tour aims to meet the high demand for the band's shows.

After breaking into the UK music scene in 2003 with the album Youth and Young Manhood, Kings of Leon have achieved great success.

Second album Aha Shake Heartbreak raised the band's profile in both the US and the UK and their latest offering entered the UK charts at number one.
