I'd try to explain but I'm not sure that's possible. The story involves two guys who encounter a small town where a series of killings have been occuring. Then there's something about a waitress and a scary-looking blond man and some vampire something or other... I dunno, this is put together so badly I'm surprised the movie ever got made and I'm utterly dumbfounded that Artisan deemed it appropriate for a DVD release.
