Kim Kardashian has not made a bid to buy the rights to her sex tape, according to Vivid Entertainment boss Steve Hirsch who currently owns the footage.
Kim Kardashian is not trying to buy the rights to her sex tape, according to Vivid boss Steve Hirsch.
The adult entertainment company chairman - who currently owns the footage of the socialite and her ex-boyfriend Ray J getting hot and heavy with each other - has received a massive bid to take the DVD off the market, but is adamant it isn't Kim.
Steve - who also insists it isn't anyone the socialite's family or her new husband Kris Humphries - told TMZ.com: "It made sense the entire time it would be Kim, but it appears it's not."
Steve has met with the representative of the interested party several times in the last week but the bid is still a few million short of the $30 million the pornographer wants.
However, if The Deal does go ahead the buyer will reveal their identity and reasons for purchasing it, according to Steve - who has released several other celebrity sex tapes, including DVDs starring Pamela Anderson and Kendra Wilkinson among others.
