Kim Kardashian's Paris Arrival Kicks Off Wedding Countdown
Let the non-stop coverage commence.
It’s happening. It’s really, really happening. After months of speculation, preparation and round the clock media coverage, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s wedding trip is officially underway. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star arrived in Paris today (Sunday) ahead of the wedding, which has been set for next Saturday, according to The New York Daily News.
Kim looked stylish and stealthy as she touched down at Charles de Gaulle.
Kim kept her arrival low-key, sporting an all black travel ensemble, including black shades, as she pushed baby North’s stroller across Charles de Gaulle airport. Meanwhile, her entourage was on task pushing around her luggage – all twelve suitcases of it. As it turns out, K&K’s nuptials will not take place in the City of Light. Rather, the couple will be married in Florence, Italy next weekend. ity officials told the Associated Press that the couple will wed at the city’s Forte di Belvedere, a fortress that dates back to the 16th century.
The couple are keeping their wedding plans on the DL for the most part. It was only recently revealed that the actual wedding would not take place in Paris. The pair are expected to hold some pre-wedding festivities in Paris, but they are keeping it a surprise until the last minute to evade excessive press attention.
"Kim and Kanye have told all guests different info," a source said for the Daily News. "No one knows all of the details."
The couple did not arrive together.
