Seth was thrilled to get feedback from the spoof's subjects and admitted he found it tough to recreate Kim's passionate embrace difficult to reconstruct.
He replied: ''Thanks! Some of those positions were really uncomfortable. That s**t is harder than it looks. (sic)''
