Rapper Kid Ink has been sued by a pizza delivery driver over allegations he was attacked by the star's dog while dropping off a takeaway meal.

Garnik Nazarian alleges he was bitten by the hip-hop star's pet pooch Louie when delivering food to his home in Los Angeles' Granada Hills and has filed a lawsuit.

He claims Kid Ink should have kept the dog locked up, and the bite has left him unable to work.

Nazarian is suing for the payment of medical bills, as well as extra cash for pain and suffering and lost wages, according to Tmz.com.
