The reality TV star has slimmed down in recent months and been showing off her new figure in a series of skintight outfits and the 28-year-old beauty - who is married to basketball player Lamar Odom - says her slender look is all down to her passion for her new favourite pastime.
She said: ''I love to box. I'm good at it. Boxing keeps me entertained and you just shed weight.''
Khloe also likes to mix up her fitness regime and does Pilates twice a week.
She added to Us Weekly magazine: ''I switch it up because I get really bored. So I do a lot of Pilates.''
Khloe also turned to her older sister Kourtney - who has children Mason, three, and Penelope, nine months, with partner Scott Disick - for advice after seeing how quickly she has shed her pregnancy weight.
A source said: ''It's not as much about depriving yourself of entire categories of foods. Kourt is a good mentor.''
