The 28-year-old blonde star found it difficult to lose her baby weight after she had her first child, three-year-old Hank Baskett IV - who she raises with her husband Hank Baskett - so she wants to make sure she retains ''full control'' of her diet and weight while she is expecting her second tot.
She told Us Weekly magazine: ''I got it by the balls! I have full control now. First time around I'm like, 'I'm a skinny person, I'm going to get back right away.' Oh no. I learned a lot from my first one. I'm working out every day; doing anything I can to control this time around.''
The former Playboy model's pregnancy cravings have been largely vegetarian foods this time with her indulging in fresh salads and enjoying citrus flavours.
Kendra - who previously dated Hugh Hefner - added: ''The stereotypical pickle flavours and devilled eggs and potato salad. But it's not all bad! It's so weird. I've been more on the vegetarian side during pregnancy so far. So meat and chicken is not something I want. It's all fresh salads and anything lemon.''
