Kendall Jenner has landed her first major fashion campaign for Givenchy.

The 18-year-old model stars in the French fashion house's autumn/winter 2014 adverts, which were shot by esteemed fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.

The industry newcomer features alongside established Givenchy models Mariacarla Boscono and Julia Nobis in the campaign, as well as American socialite Peter Brant II.

Kendall is clearly chuffed with the results, sharing a sneak peek of two of the images on her Instagram account.

She captioned them, ''the @givenchyofficial campaign! thank you. YOU'RE AMAZING @riccardotisci17 @mertalas @macpiggott'', before adding, ''SICK''.

The announcement comes as little surprise since the Kardashians are close friends with Givenchy creative director Riccardo Tisci.

The designer created custom-made looks for Kendall's older sister Kim Kardashian and her husband Kanye West for their wedding in Florence, Italy last month, and even kitted out their baby daughter North in Givenchy.

Kendall made her catwalk debut for Marc Jacobs at New York Fashion Week in February and Riccardo subsequently asked her to walk in his own show.

Fashion's new 'It' girl has even impressed hard to please tastemaker Karl Lagerfeld and landed a spread in VOGUE Paris.
