Rock wannabe Kelly Osbourne is giving her debut album a second chance by rereleasing it with a new title and added live tracks.

The reality TV star-turned-pop singer was bitterly disappointed with the poor sales of SHUT UP, but she hasn't given up on her hastily-released debut.

Osbourne, who parted company with EPIC RECORDS earlier this year (MAY03) and signed with her father Ozzy Osbourne's SANCTUARY label, will reissue the album as CHANGES.

Among the new tracks added to the album for its 30 September (03) re-release will be a cover of Black Sabbath's CHANGES, which will feature a contribution from her dad.
