Kelly Osbourne has found the best way to shed unwanted weight - sign up to compete in U.S. show Dancing With The Stars.
Rock offspring Osbourne is set to make her dancing debut on the hit series, and has undergone intense training for five hours a day for the last month.
And the reality TV star has been stunned by the transformation in her body - admitting she wished she'd known about dance diets years ago.
She tells Britain's Closer magazine, "It's so amazing, I've tried so many stupid fad diets to try to lose weight, when all I needed to do was start dancing.
"My whole life has changed so much since Dancing With The Stars. I've never felt so healthy."
