Kelly Osbourne is revelling in her new record deal, because Sanctuary label bosses prefer to encourage their artists' creativity rather than focusing on financial terms.

The CHANGES star, who counts British acts Morrissey, Robert Plant and IRON MAIDEN among her labelmates, has taken a new electronic direction with upcoming single ONE WORD after the manufactured rock-pop of her debut disc SHUT UP.

And Osbourne credits Sanctuary bosses with allowing her the freedom to express herself rather than trying to squeeze her into a pre-existing pop pigeonhole.

She enthuses, "My current record label, Sanctuary, is like no other: they don't seem to care about money.

"They're more focused on the artist and ensuring the music is good."
