Kelly Clarkson was forced to pull out of a show in Kentucky on Monday (13Aug12) due to concerns about bad weather.
The Miss Independent hitmaker was set to headline a free concert for members of the military and their families in Fort Campbell, but her performance was thrown into doubt as rain lashed the site.
Organisers subsequently ruled the bad weather was a risk and announced that the show had been postponed to a later date.
In a post on her page, disappointed Clarkson wrote, "Hey Kentucky sorry the weather was c**p tonight! We'll be back soon though!"
Ironically, the concert cancellation comes a year to the day (13Aug) of the Indiana State Fair disaster, which claimed the lives of seven people and left dozens more injured when high winds brought down scaffolding and rigging moments before country duo Sugarland were scheduled to perform at the event.
