Kelly Brook says living in London has had an ''impact on her body''.
The 'Piranha 3D' actress moved back to the UK from California a couple of years ago, and she admits she indulges in far more calorie-laden meals in England, than she did in the US.
She said: ''I have at days like most girls when I don't feel as good in a bikini. I've lived in central London for the last two years and I think that's had an impact on my body. Life here is about lots of lovely dinners and cocktails, whereas before, in California, I practically lived on the beach, so I was more conscious.''
The 33-year-old beauty - who split from boyfriend Danny Cipriani recently after he was caught sexting other women - added she can't resist certain foods and alcoholic drinks, but she tries to be healthy as much as possible.
She added to the new issue of OK! magazine: ''I'm very naughty. I love cheese, chocolate and red wine. But on the whole I try to eat unprocessed, whole foods, such as salads, soups and smoothies. I also love grilled salmon and Greek salads.''
