Keith Urban has confirmed reports he'll be judging talent on Australia's new TV show The Voice.
The country star will join Seal and Good Charlotte star Joel Madden on the panel when the show tapes next year (12).
Announcing the news on Twitter.com, he writes, "Have you heard? Keith is going to be a judge and mentor on @TheVoiceAU!"
Ironically, Urban doesn't have much of a voice right now - he has just undergone throat surgery.
Urban revealed he was in talks to join the show last month (Nov11), telling Australia's Daily Telegraph that he was keen land the gig so he could spend more time with his wife, Nicole Kidman, in their native Australia.
He said, "I hope it comes together. It would be good for all of us."
