Legendary rock wildman Keith Moon tamed his infamous behaviour whenever he visited pal Ronnie Wood's family home in a bid to impress the Rolling Stones star's mother.
The musicians were close friends, and Wood has named Moon as his ultimate rock hellraiser - but insists the late star was always on his best behaviour around his mum.
Wood says, "He was a good friend of mine, very protective. My mother used to like him - very polite boy.
"He'd be causing severe damage one side of the room then serving my mother brandy with his smoking jacket on the other side of the wall.
"One hell of a hellraising, all over the place drummer. He couldn't keep a beat... bit like his personality. Instead of taking one pill he'd take a hundred."
