Stars including Keira Knightley have paid tribute to the late director Tony Scott after he committed suicide.
The British actress - who worked with the film director on 'Domino' back in 2005 - has paid her respects to the legendary star who she described as ''one of the world's true originals.''
She said: ''Tony Scott was one of the most extraordinary, imaginative men I ever worked with. It was a privilege to have spent the time I did with him. He was a fire Cracker and one of the world's true originals. My thoughts go to his family.''
Other tributes have continued to pour in as other stars remember the late director after the shocking news broke that he had committed suicide by jumping from a bridge in Los Angeles yesterday (19.08.12)
Members of the public had reported seeing someone leap into the water at around 12:30pm and his body was found just three hours later.
Elijah Wood tweeted: ''Deeply saddened to hear the news about Tony Scott. A fine film-maker and the most charming, modest man.''
Meanwhile Justin Timberlake said: ''So sad to hear the news about Tony Scott. His movies made growing up more fun for me. My prayers and condolences to the Scott family.''
