British actress Keira Knightley has a particular affection for stage play WHEN I WAS A GIRL I USED TO SCREAM - because it was the reason her parents conceived her.

The 19-year-old Pirates Of The Caribbean: THE CURSE OF THE BLACK PEARL beauty admits her parents - playwright Sharman MacDonald and actor WILL KNIGHTLEY - would only consider giving their first child CALEB a younger sibling if they could get their hands on enough cash, which the theatre script ended up providing.

Keira says, "I've got an older brother and my mum was desperate for another child but they didn't have enough money, so my dad said to my mum that if she sold a script she could have another baby. So she sold the script and I was the baby! Quite impressive, really. She actually won some awards for it as well."
