Keaton Henson seems to be bidding farewell to something or someone in his new song, "Epilogue", but it remains to be seen exactly what its significance is. The haunting piano line and the plaintive cello-rich string section which dominates the second half of the song gives a deep sense of parting. When played over the video of Keaton at the wheel of a car, it makes the visuals look like he is driving away.
The lyrical salute 'To the ties I've cut along the way', the symbolic 'burning' away of the image and then the concluding cryptic message 'EH NLQG' ('Be kind') in stark white letters on a black screen very much leave us hanging.
