Katy Perry is looking forward to her first Christmas as Russell Brand's wife and hopes the couple can create their own traditions.
Katy Perry is looking forward to creating her own Christmas traditions.
The 'Firework' hitmaker already has some festive rituals she is planning to share with husband Russell Brand - who she married in October - but is hopeful the couple can come up with new things to do over the season.
She said: "There will be me and Russ and a Pink Christmas tree and a tofu-urky. We'll open one present the night before because that's the tradition in my family. And we'll do something new. We'll start our own new tradition because we are a family now."
As well as creating new festive traditions with her husband, Katy is also excited about starting a family with Russell.
She told Grazia magazine: "I don't want to miss out on any experience. I want lots of children. It's all very possible."
The brunette beauty also explained why she and Russell have not made their wedding pictures public, insisting the couple want to keep their romance private.
She added: "We never wanted it to be a public event which is why we didn't sell pictures, so we had some privacy. This relationship is real, it's not a photo opportunity, it's two people who have found what they want."
