Katy Perry dazzled at last night's (05.12.10) 'VH1 Divas Salute the Troops' event.

The brunette beauty - who is married to British comedian Russell Brand - showed her patriotic side by donning a sequinned stars and stripes costume in homage to the American flag, before later changing into a glamorous red gown.

Servicemen and women attending the concert at San Diego's Marine Corps Air Station Miramar were treated to a showcase of the singer's hits, including 'California Gurls' and new number one smash 'Firework'.

Katy also joined forces with singers Keri Hilson and Jennifer Nettles for a cover of classic tune 'Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy', and dueted with up and coming hip hop star Nicki Minaj for a re-hash of Cyndi Lauper's 80s anthem 'Girls Just Wanna Have Fun'.

Also in attendance at the one-off charity extravaganza were 'Jersey Shore' stars Snooki and The Situation, as well as stunning supermodel Marisa Miller.
