Katie Holmes and Nicole Kidman almost had an awkward run-in together, the present and past other halves of Tom Cruise both visiting the same Los Angeles bar. The pair were both at Soho House in the private members section and apparently tried to avoid making eye-contact, or even seeing each other at all!
A source told Life and Style magazine, "When Katie walked upstairs to the lounge, she saw Nicole and immediately looked away like she was trying very hard to avoid eye contact with her. It was like she was taken off guard - it was like a standoff!" Continuing, the amazed-sounding source added "They didn't even say hi. It was so awkward! She [Nicole] just looked at Katie, then looked away. But after Katie noticed Nicole in the lounge, she quickly walked to the patio area."
