Opera Queen Katherine Jenkins has vehemently denied all accusations that say she and footballer David Beckham had an affair, angrily rebuffing all allegations that she had become involved with the married star.
The singer and former Strictly Come Dancing star took to Twitter yesterday (August 24th) to voice her shock and anger at being accused of having an affair with Becks, Tweeting, "The rumours are very hurtful, untrue & my lawyers tell me actionable."
She also said, on her Twitter, that the two had met only twice before and never alone. She Tweeted, "Just so we are clear I have never been on my own with him and never arranged to meet up."
Last night, Katherine was spotted back at the same bar where the allegations arose, at London's glitzy Mahiki, drowning her sorrows cause by the media speculation with a few cocktails reports the Daily Mail. She seemed completed unfazed by the fact that she chose to return to the same bar that is allegedly the scene of the crime, which does go some way towards proving her innocence.
Meanwhile, in regards to his latest 'affair', David is said to be "bemused" by the speculation and, like Katherine, denies all allegations wholeheartedly. David, who has been married to Victoria Beckham since 1999, has been linked to a number of allegations of infidelity, most famously with his former assistant Rebecca Loos in 2004.
